8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Litaria, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Litaria operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
